The investigation into the aggravated robbery of a man on the Crown Range Road is continuing, with a team of officers actively working on the case.
The victim, who was seriously assaulted during the Friday night robbery, has undergone surgery and is recovering.
Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or found a grey backpack, which was stolen from the victim and may have been discarded after the robbery.

The backpack contained a fleece top with the logo ‘Niagara Timber’ on it, and police would like to hear from anyone who may have come across this item in the Crown Range / Queenstown / Wanaka areas.
