Adventure Consultants is a world-renowned mountain guiding company based right here in Wanaka, directed by five-time Everest summiter Guy Cotter. Guy has released a book in 2023 called ‘Everest Mountain Guide – The Remarkable Story of a Kiwi Mountaineer’, detailing his life of guiding on Mt Everest.

Our adventures on offer take us to all corners of the planet, climbing the Seven Summits, the highest mountain on each continent, as well as numerous guided ascents and high-altitude mountaineering objectives in the Himalaya, South America and Europe. We operate polar expeditions and training for Greenland, North Pole and South Pole expeditions.

Our Everest Base Camp Treks in Nepal are popular with our international and New Zealand clients, as well as treks to Kilimanjaro and Mount Kenya and safaris in Tanzania.
