Two people were airlifted to Dunedin Hospital with serious injuries and another two people sustained minor injuries in an accident on the Grandview track yesterday evening (Thursday August 28).

Police were advised at 7.35pm on Thursday that a ute had rolled on the track.

A Hato Hone St John spokesperson said one ambulance and two helicopters responded.

“Two patients, both in serious condition, were airlifted to Dunedin Hospital,” the spokesperson said.
