A large site on Ardmore Street with super-sized development plan approval is on the market.
Approval for a wide-ranging commercial and residential development on the 5,600 sqm site on the northern side of Ardmore Street was granted earlier this year.
The plans include a large hotel, 58 residential units, and a handful of retail and food and beverage tenancies.

It would fill the substantial site, made up of six individual parcels, which are located between ANZ and Heartland Design and Print.

Developers Wānaka Central JV Ltd are hoping to sell the property less than six months after receiving approval from Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC).
The company’s directors are developers Brett Gamble and Anthony Gapes.
Auckland-based Anthony is a former director of the company behind Queenstown’s Five Mile development.
BusinessDesk reported earlier this month that three of his entities are in liquidation owing more than $10M.
The Ardmore Street property is listed with Bayleys Wānaka.
