A power outage is affecting a large area of Wanaka today. The areas surrounding Edgewater, Meadowstone, and Rippon Lea have had intermittent outages since 10.34am this morning.

The outage is unplanned and Aurora says it is repairing a fault and expects power to be back on at 4.30pm this afternoon.
