A new real estate agency has opened in Wānaka, representing buyers and vendors across the Southern Lakes region. 

Aspire Realty was founded by local real estate agent Craig Myles, who said the agency would operate independently of corporate brands.

Joining Craig as partner is George Wallis, who has experience in the corporate and automotive sectors.

The Aspire Realty team includes Emma Pledger, Robyn Myles, and Mandy Myles. The agency represents a range of residential and lifestyle properties across the region, including both on and off market listings.

Craig said buyer interest remains strong, and demand for property in the area continues to grow.

Aspire Realty is based in Wānaka.
