Junior MAC students recognised at awardsThe awards ceremonies were live streamed.

Following the recent award ceremony for Mount Aspiring College senior students, students from Years 7 to 10 were recognised with a range of academic, cultural and service awards this week.


The two ceremonies were live steamed because of Covid-19 restrictions, with awards for years 9-10 being held at 10am on Monday (December 13) and awards for years 7-8 at 1.15pm the same day.



Premier awards in Years 7 and 8 went to Dani Maguire and Hannah Radford (best all round year 7 students), and Rhian Telfer and Nico Pettit (best all round year 8 students).


Premier awards in Years 9 and 10 went to Otis Murphy, Tom Sides (whole-hearted contribution – junior), Aria Winter, Ryan Enoka (best all round year 9 students); and Lulu Pettit, Amy Benson (best all round year 10 students).



Highest achievers in Year 7 were Zack Adams-Biggs, Hannah Thomas, Jarred Ferguson, Monte Halliday, Dani Maguire, Phoebe Cervelli, and Maia Wheeler.


Year 8 highest achievers were Mikayla Botting, Mabel North, Isla Taylor, Riley Miller, Ethan Highsted, Oli Wyeth, and Phoebe Laker.


Year 9 highest achievers were Will Blyth, Lucy Radford, Oskar Sharpe, Joseph Combe, Lola Ritchie, Dan McKean, and Amelia Latchford.



Highest achievers in Year 10 were Amy Benson, Carter Guichard, Ben McMurray, Tom Sides, Tai Treadwell-Burke, and Baxter Pollard.


The secondary school term finishes this week.
