In just their third year of operation Jennian Homes Wānaka was awarded a top three placing in Franchisee of the Year and winner of the Most Improved Franchisee of the Year at the Jennian Homes national awards in February 2022.

Owner and managing director Nathan Simon said he was delighted to accept the awards.

He is on the Master Builders executive board for the Southern Region so pretty much lives and breathes building.
