You may notice a new layout to the Wānaka App’s main page from today (Wednesday March 1), with the release of phase one of a new design.

The latest update adds a new navigation bar to the bottom of the page.

Some sections of the app have been moved to the bottom navigation bar to make them easier to find and to enhance and simplify the main menu page.

The new navigation is part of a new design layout that we are working on with further releases later this year.

Also coming this year is a new layout design for readers of iPads and tablets to optimise that experience.

We are constantly exploring ways to make the app more user friendly and hope you find the improvements of value.

If you do not see the bottom menu in your app, then go to your app store, search for the Wānaka App and click update.
