Later in the day some of the team played a game of football against some local 11 to 15-year-old boys and girls as part of a fundraising opportunity for the players who will be attending an academy in Wellington training at the Ole Football Academy. Some of the young players showed great skill and kept the officers on their toes as they tried to keep up. The final score was 5 to 2 to the Ole Football Academy team.

Keep safe Wānaka.
