Aspiring Village, Wānaka, celebrated the launch of the much anticipated Pembroke Apartments on Wednesday (July 12). 

Pembroke Apartments comprises twenty-four brand new assisted living apartments, where residents can enjoy the best of both worlds: the independence of their own home and the added support to make life a little easier. A daily meal, housekeeping, laundry, personal care and 24 hour emergency support are among the services on offer. 

The pioneer residents (pictured) move into Pembroke over the next few weeks. The launch day included a special high tea for residents and their families and a celebration evening for all the Aspiring Village residents and staff to enjoy the gorgeous new social spaces.

Aspiring Village managing director Aaron Armstrong stated “we are thrilled to bring a new retirement offering to the market. Aspiring Village is now home to 182 residents, with 124 villas, 16 apartments, 24 serviced apartments and a large community centre, which includes an indoor pool, spa, salon, lounges, bar, in-house dining among the facilities available to residents. Aspiring Village residents also enjoy priority access to the neighbouring Aspiring Enliven Care Centre that is jointly owned with Presbyterian Support Otago.
