The apartments are being developed by Wanaka businessman Matt Tuck of Multiplied Investment Partners.

The Pembroke Patisserie has recently set up on the same site. and a 4 Square supermarket also opened recently adjacent to it.
Stage 1 of the apartments, which are situated behind the tavern complex between State Highway 6 and Allison Ave, is on the market now.
Prices are listed at $599,000 for the apartments, which offer between 65.2 and 67.2sqm internal floor area, and 75.5 to 78sqm total floor area.
They are described as architecturally designed two bedroom apartments of “premium quality”, each with its own courtyard or covered terrace.
Tuck has developed apartments and terraced housing developments in Auckland, in the $20 million to $140 million range.
Tuck and Multiplied Investment Partners purchased the 44-apartment Marina Terrace development on Lakeside Rd in 2015, where earthworks are ongoing.
