Now that we have left Alert level 4, we thought it was timely to take this opportunity to thank both our team and our customers.

Firstly to our incredible customers for your patience, loyalty and understanding over these unprecedented times, those of you who have accepted the safety regulations in place and helped us to ensure a safe shopping environment for everyone and those of you who have given our team encouragement over this challenging time, we cannot thank you enough.

To our team of local humble heroes. Each and every one of you have been beyond amazing through this challenging time. To turn up every day and go above and beyond the call of duty to help others by getting food on the shelves for our local people. You turn up despite the fear of the invisible enemy while everyone stays home to protect their families. You have continued to do your job to feed the community.

You should all be proud of yourselves for your selflessness and courage over a time filled with fear, anxiety and the unknown, you have all shown bravery and courage and this does not go unnoticed. You may not see it firsthand but there is a lot of very appreciative people in the community who acknowledge and appreciate the amazing efforts you have all made during this time.

Now we have moved forward from alert level 4, hopefully never to return. We will always remember and be grateful for the dedicated and courageous team of people we had by our sides through this chapter in history and for the customers that supported us through this time to make this possible.

Thank you all so much for all you do, you are our heroes!
