Windsor Southern Lakes (2026) is based in Wanaka and looking for an experienced and results driven sales professional. The Windsor brand is well known in the garage door industry and there are plenty of opportunities to enhance existing relationships and win new business in the Central Otago region. 

About The Role:

• Reporting to the Wanaka Branch Manager, key responsibilities include:
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Actively calling on customers within the region to maintain strong relationships
• Identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to grow the business
• Working closely with technical and administrative colleagues to ensure seamless delivery

You’ll bring:

• Experience in the construction sales industry – garage door sales experience not mandatory; training will be provided but a solid knowledge of the construction industry is important
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A results driven approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Enthusiasm and a desire to achieve
