Wastebusters is seeking a dynamic, experienced director to complement our existing Board of Directors.

It’s an exciting time to join the governance team, as we look to expand our site and zero waste impact. 

A strategic thinker, you will have exceptional business acumen and strong stakeholder relations skills. You will be a thoughtful, clear communicator and insightful coach who fosters informed decision-making, and champions our purpose and values. 

Anticipating the retirement of our current chair, we will prioritise applications with a robust understanding of governance and previous chair experience. The chair is appointed by the Board and will be a paid position, working with a voluntary Board of Trustees.
