Are you the Alchemist who can turn the vision of Wastebusters 2.0 into reality?

Working with our GM, you’ll lead the planning and early implementation of this phased programme of work to transition our current facilities into a flagship Circular Economy and Education Hub with a full Resource Recovery Park (aka Wastebusters 2.0).

As an experienced Programme Manager/Alchemist, you will help shape Wastebusters’ future, secure funding, drive change, and enhance our district’s reputation as a leader in the transition to a Circular Economy.

You will have the determination, optimism and skills to overcome obstacles, and have a proven record of building strong stakeholder relationships. Your strategic mindset and authentic leadership style will inspire collaboration and ensure alignment with our goals. You’ll be hands-on as well as strategic, and driven to use your skills to make a real difference.

Reporting to the GM, you will also support the Wastebusters’ Senior Leadership Team to grow project management capability across Wastebusters.
