Location: Wanaka | Long-Term Contract  

Wanaka Transfers is looking for a reliable, organised, and customer focused Reservations Manager to join our team on a part-time, long term shared basis. Remote work considered for the right person. 

You’ll be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and providing top-tier service to our customers. This role includes evening, weekend, and public holiday work – especially during the busy summer holiday seasons.

• Strong communication and admin skills 
• Confident with systems and multitasking 
• Friendly, calm, and solutions-focused 
• Long-term commitment from a permanent Wanaka resident • Tourism/transport experience a plus
