We’re looking for an organised, confident, solutions-focused person to assist our core operations team in delivering exceptional service across our portfolio.
The Role Includes:
- Managing guest enquiries and bookings (Airbnb, VRBO, direct)
- Handling guest issues
- Coordinating cleaners, linen and maintenance
- Liaising with homeowners
- Ensuring homes are guest-ready and maintained to a very high standard
- Occasional hands-on support, including light cleaning if required
What You’ll Need:
- High degree of computer literacy
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Calm, practical problem-solving skills
- Experience with Guesty or Breezeway (an advantage)
- Availability for weekend work and on-call roster
- Some cleaning experience (an advantage) and a commitment to exceptionally high cleaning standards
Hospitality or property experience preferred.
