Wanaka Holiday Homes is a boutique short-term property management company focused on high-quality homes and exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for an organised, confident, solutions-focused person to assist our core operations team in delivering exceptional service across our portfolio.

The Role Includes:

• Managing guest enquiries and bookings (Airbnb, VRBO, direct)
• Handling guest issues
• Coordinating cleaners, linen and maintenance
• Liaising with homeowners
• Ensuring homes are guest-ready and maintained to a very high standard
• Occasional hands-on support, including light cleaning if required

What You’ll Need:

• High degree of computer literacy
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Calm, practical problem-solving skills
• Experience with Guesty or Breezeway (an advantage)
• Availability for weekend work and on-call roster
• Some cleaning experience (an advantage) and a commitment to exceptionally high cleaning standards

Hospitality or property experience preferred.
