Interested to learn more about the butchery business?

We’re looking for a butchery assistant to help our busy, friendly butchery team with a variety of tasks including packing, assisting in the making of meat products, and cleaning.

Some food handling skills preferred, but full training in traditional butchery processes will be provided by our highly-skilled, qualified butchers.

You will have good attention to detail and maintain high standards of workmanship. You will be keen to learn, friendly and willing to work.

After a period of assessment, this role could lead to an apprenticeship for the right person. Pay rate is dependent on skill level.
