We’re looking for a highly organised, digital-savvy team player to join us in our Wānaka office.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Project Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and knows how to manage multiple moving parts with confidence. You’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing activity across our SPF client accounts – from digital campaigns to content creation and internal brand execution.

This part-time, in-house role is perfect for someone with proven marketing experience, strong project coordination skills, and a love for getting things done.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and web
  • Managing project timelines and coordinating internal teams
  • Communicating directly with clients and representing our brand with professionalism
  • Assisting with content creation, asset management, and brand consistency
  • Reporting on campaign performance using digital tools and insights

What We’re Looking For


Essential:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, project coordination, or account management
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Hubspot, and similar tools
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Great communicator, both in writing and in person
  • Confident managing client work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in Google Workspace

Desirable:

  • Experience in an agency or creative industry
  • Familiar with project tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Understanding of CMS platforms such as Shopify or WordPress
  • Exposure to creative briefing, copywriting, or content coordination
  • Relevant qualification in marketing or communications (preferred but not essential)
