Financial Managers & Controllers (Accounting)

Full time

$120k to $150k per year + annual performance bonus


Roa as a business represents the collective skills, experience and relationships of our small and agile team. We are well capitalised, with several regionally significant projects in the pipeline across several sectors; including health, education and vertical living.


As a key member of the business, as Finance Manager you will be responsible for building, leading and mentoring your team in conjunction with leadership and overseeing all aspects of financial management.


You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. 


You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and be CA ANZ or CPA qualified
  • 5+ years experience in accounting / financial roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and deliver complex financial data
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero, Excel and management software alongside strong written skills and capability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
