We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in providing essential literacy support to students in years 7 to 9. 

Your role will include explicit and systematic teaching of phonemic awareness, the alphabetic principle, spelling and morphology, reading comprehension strategies, and foundational writing skills. Working alongside two teachers responsible for programme administration, you'll play a crucial part in empowering students to develop in these key areas. This part-time position entails 13 hours per week during term time. 

While prior experience in teaching and learning within the realm of literacy is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We value qualities such as patience, adaptability, and a good sense of humour.
