We’re Hiring: Foreman & Leading Hand (Contract).

If you’re the type who takes pride in doing things properly, likes a laugh on site, and still wants time to enjoy the Wānaka lifestyle, you’ll fit in here. We’re a tight, supportive crew with a strong pipeline of work and projects that keep things interesting.


The Roles


Foreman You’ll lead builds and/or renovations to programme, running a small crew on site (typically with a Leading Hand/Apprentice). You’ll be supported by a Project Manager, but you’ll own the day-to-day delivery: quality, pace, safety, and team standards.

Leading Hand You’ll work alongside the Foreman, knock out tasks without being babysat, bring a solid kit of tools, and help guide apprentices through the day-to-day. You’re reliable, switched on, and take pride in tidy, accurate work.

We do the full suite across Central Otago:

  • Renovations & extensions
  • New builds
  • Small one-off contracts We’ve got a solid pipeline locked in, so you’ll have steady, varied work.

What We’re Looking For


We’re after people who are good at the craft and good for the crew.

  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, and pride in quality finishes
  • Able to work efficiently and safely, and communicate well on site
  • Foreman: confident leading work to a programme and keeping standards high
  • Leading Hand: able to run tasks unsupervised and support apprentices
  • Must be legally allowed to work in NZ (no sponsorship available)
