Hook Wānaka has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for summer.

Hook Wānaka is a unique, vibrant venue. You will be working in a brand-new kitchen alongside our friendly, dynamic team.

This role is fixed term for summer (Dec – end of Feb) as we come into our busy and exciting time of the year. You will be doing between 30-40 hours a week.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen.
• Can consistently deliver high quality work.
• Have great attention to detail
• Have good communication and work well in a team.
• Available to work the holidays period and weekends.
• Grilling and pizza making experience preferred but not essential.
