About You
You are a leader looking for an opportunity in a community where you can really have influence. You will join and lead a team of hardworking staff, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing and reporting. Attention to detail is a must, having initiative and taking accountability is critical. You will be a financial whiz, with a relevant tertiary qualification (preferably CA qualified), ideally with a background in the health sector, forensic in nature and with a desire to seek out improvements …what a fantastic opportunity!
About Us
Dunstan Hospital is a 24-bed rural hospital located in Clyde, Central Otago, run by Central Otago Health Services Limited. Clinical services at Dunstan Hospital include acute 24-hour assessment, 24 bed inpatient acute, rehabilitation and palliative care, plus a 3-bed high dependency unit. Several outpatient services (including chemotherapy, endoscopy, and day surgery with Mobile Surgical Services) plus community services complete our offering.
You will join a well-established executive team, striving for excellence in rural health care with an emphasis on collegiality and adaptability. We are supported by Health New Zealand Southern and work closely with local General Practitioners to care for a community of >40,000 people. Our hospital services a large area including Roxburgh, Alexandra, Cromwell, and Wānaka.
About the Offer
The salary for this role is $140,000 per annum pro rata.
