You will be the friendly face of our thriving, community-focused legal firm and the ‘go-getter’ who helps anticipate all client and team needs. What You’ll Do:

• Support the team with legal operational administration.
• Be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring they feel at ease.
• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Oversee general office administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create seamless and exceptional client experiences.
