Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting for Wanaka Tennis Incorporated (Wanaka Tennis Club) will be held at the clubrooms at 4:00pm on Saturday 28th September.

Contact the club for nomination forms. Nomination forms should be completed and returned to the club no later than Sunday 8th September, either physically or by email to [email protected].

Any proposed resolutions to be put to the AGM should also be notified to the club no later than Sunday 8th September.

An agenda for the meeting will be circulated no later than Saturday 14th September. The quorum for the AGM is 12, so turn up and have your say!
