Southern Land is celebrating 20 years of service to the Wānaka community.

Southern Land is fully owned and operated by Wānaka locals and the Wānaka office comprises over 20 staff.

Recent major projects within the district include Hawea’s Longview and Sentinel Park, Parkins Bay, Clearview, The Heights, Hikuwai, Marina Terrace and Orchard Park. Cycle trail projects we’ve taken from conception through to completion include the Lake Dunstan, Alps to Ocean, Roxburgh Gorge, Clutha Gold, Waihola and Bluff Hill trails.
