Visit the iconic ruins of the Lindis Pass Hotel. This hotel was in operation for over 70 years, ending its days as a residence in 1951.

From SH8, drive 6km's along Old Faithful Road to reach the reserve. Originally the site of the general store for Otago's first gold rush in 1861, the building had become permanent by 1873. Camping is permitted.

Plenty of amazing beginner and intermediate tracks run through this area with great mountain bike access permitted.
