Joshi is our culinary wizard with over a decade’s experience in the food world. His journey spans from prestigious three-hat restaurants to eclectic, trendy eateries. Classically trained at 

Le Cordon Bleu, his expertise in French cuisine is complemented by his passion for exploring diverse flavours from all around the world. Whether it’s Middle Eastern, Mexican, Asian, Indian or Italian, Joshi brings a unique flair to every dish, infusing them with creativity and heart. His deep love for food and innovation makes his food a memorable experience.

Ishi is our detail-oriented partner with a background in architecture. After specialising in boutique and luxury hotels, she found her true calling in hospitality. Her experience as a bar manager gave her a deep appreciation for creating amazing dining experiences. At Morsel, she ensures that every detail, from the ambiance to the service, is just right.

Originally founded in 2017 by Kate and Eliot, Morsel was born from a shared vision to bring people together through great food and remarkable experiences. We’re committed to keeping our vision alive and thriving.
