Founded by Apolline, MADAM TOWING LTD was created with one goal in mind to provide reliable, safe, and efficient towing, recovery, and breakdown services.

A different approach to towing

As a woman in the towing industry, Apolline brings something different: a deep understanding that a breakdown or accident is more than just an inconvenience, it’s a stressful moment in someone’s day. For her, this isn’t just a job; it’s a calling rooted in kindness, safety, and care. Every call matters.

Apolline holds Class 1, 2, and 4, as well as V (vehicle recovery), DG (dangerous goods), W (wheels), T (tracks), R (rollers), and F (forklift) endorsements. With her full range of licenses and endorsements, Apolline is fully qualified to safely and legally drive and tow any vehicle or machinery up to 3.5 tonnes on her truck.

We know how stressful it feels to breakdown, especially when you’re far from home or on your way somewhere important. That’s why we show up with patience, care, and a steady hand, no pressure, just help when you need it most.
