Purpose built 11.5km loop mountain bike track. 1- 2 hour.

This loop walking and mountain biking track meanders along the upper slopes of the Clutha River and offers spectacular views of surrounding peaks and Otago landscapes.

This uni-directional single track weaves through typical Otago landscape featuring matagouri and tussock. There's a small section of shade on the track as it passes through the edge of the pine plantation. A selection of berms and tight corners appeal to intermediate mountain bikers, with easier riding options around rocks and other technical terrain.

The track starts across the stile from the northern end of the Albert Town camp grounds on SH6, 5 km from Wanaka.

Dogs are allowed.
