Groundup Brewing is well established in the Craft Beer scene here in Wanaka. We’re a 1200L brewery conveniently located at 4 Gordon Road, just off Ballantyne Rd. We’ve been brewing beer from the ground up for the last eight years.

We love welcoming locals and visitors alike to our brew bar, with 22 taps of beer brewed onsite for you to choose from. We've recently celebrated 8 years of great beer. Join us for a beer and chat about all things brewing. On brew days you can always watch the brewers doing their thing while having a nitro or Czech pour.

There is plenty of seating whether on the deck or in the brewery where you can stay warm and cosy under our heaters in winter or take advantage of the cool in summer. Make sure you grab a couple of cans when you leave and take them home!

We're open every day from 2 till 8.30pm except for May when will be closed Mondays.

If you’re looking for a bite to eat with your beer, we’ve got you covered with our very own food van onsite. BreweryLane is currently open 2pm-8pm.

Our amazing chefs in BreweryLane prepare everything from scratch. The menu includes tapas, platters, bar snacks, burgers, fries, wedges, pizzas and has daily chef specials. Keep up to date by following us on social media. Brewerylane.nz 

We supply beer to all sorts of events, weddings, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes and also have a great range of soft drinks and ginger beer made in house available.
