Bring up to five tyres at a time, no charge!

Just drop them off at the Wānaka Transfer station when you replace them.

Here’s the wheel deal:

• No disposal fees when you leave tyres with your registered seller/fitter.
• Free drop-off at registered public collection sites for up to 5 tyres per person.
• Applies to all air-filled and solid tyres from cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, aircraft, and off-road vehicles. (no bike tyres or inner tubes yet, but hopefully soon!)

Just a heads-up: If your tyres are still on rims, there’s a small fee—$8.50 per car tyre and $14.50 per truck tyre.
