Amir provides comprehensive Urological care to the community of Wanaka and Central Otago. He has regular clinics based at Wanaka Lakes Health Centre, and also in Queenstown. Surgical procedures are conveniently performed at the Southern Cross Central Lakes Hospital in Queenstown where Amir performs surgeries every month. Amir also works at Mercy Hospital in Dunedin, where he will do more complex surgeries.

Amir has been a Urologist for more than 15 years. He manages the full spectrum of Urological conditions, including amongst others, prostate conditions (prostate cancer and prostate enlargement), urinary symptoms, kidney stones, bladder conditions, vasectomy and circumcision. He performs laser surgery, microsurgery, minimally invasive surgery and major cancer surgery.
