Together, we’ll harvest roots from plants growing in the community garden and learn how to prepare them into a herbal vinegar. We’ll also chop some herbs to infuse into honey, creating a remedy that’s especially helpful during the winter months.

Along the way, I’ll introduce you to a selection of kitchen herbs, exploring their medicinal properties and how they can be used at home to help support the body through cold and flu season.
