What to expect? A coming together of good folks with sound and intention. Somewhat ceremonious and meditative- a space for prayer and intention setting, with joy and presence.

Koha/Donation - Suggested $20, flowers for the space are also gratefully received.

Bring a mat, pillow and blanket, extras available.

Where?

Shala, 82 Brownston Street. Pop round the left hand side of the building, our door is at the back.

Shala is a new space for movement, stillness and being. Small classes, an original wooden floor, and cosy vibes.

We have 5 studio mats available on a first come first serve basis, 8 blankets and bolsters, too. 

Walk-ins welcome but booking advised to ensure a spot in our small and cosy studio.
