Join the Green Steam crew for the sixth instalment of strapping planks to bikes and saying “Yeah, Naaaah” to the car as you conquer the TC Summit!

Come join the fun and conquer the hill using only your very own Green Steam! 

This is a community event run by volunteers. To be a part of the steam, all that is asked is that you are either an existing POW NZ member or become one here!

Route: Dough Bin to Kai Whakapai via TC Summit.

Schedule: Sat 13th Sept

6:30am | Meet at Doughbin in Wānaka

7:00am | Depart Wānaka 

11:00am | Reach TC Base 

12:00pm | Depart Base for Summit

2:30pm | Reach TC Summit

3:15pm | Return to TC Base

4:00pm | Depart Base (latest) 

6:00pm | Returning to Kai

Note: Everyone is welcome to take part. This is NOT A RACE, but a FUN GROUP RIDE, ski, snowboard, snow shoe or even hike to the summit! Any bike/E-bike and plank attachment is possible, but please, no sledding!
