Queer Quarterly Read’s mission is to promote queer literature while encouraging a supportive atmosphere for local queer individuals and allies in the familiar setting of a local library.
Queer Quarterly Reads is held four times a year at the Wānaka Library. Reading of the featured novel is recommended but not vital to enjoy the discussion as we will discuss and draw on the queer cannon as a whole. The event is designed for anyone, no matter your gender or sexuality.
Join us on Thursday 14th August to discuss queer themes within Recent Releases. Our featured book for this session will be A River of Golden Bones by A. K. Mulford.
