This Christmas, the need in our local community is greater than ever. We’ve partnered with Community Link again, and they’ve let us know the need for support this year is greater than ever. Christmas can be a really stressful time for many local families who are finding the season challenging. Community Link's goal is to provide food parcels, financial support, and gifts to help change that. As Community Link’s Lindsey Schofield mentioned: “Community Link really appreciates the support from Ray White and gift donors. This year has been tough for many across the Upper Clutha. Families are feeling the squeeze, and for some, Christmas is already looking more stressful than joyful. Our Christmas Appeal aims to change that. We encourage those wanting to give to consider board games, sports equipment or vouchers for local activities—things that help families spend quality time together and create happy memories.”

What's needed?

We're collecting new, unwrapped gifts that help families create happy memories. Some ideas are:

• Family activities: puzzles, art/craft sets, board games, simple baking/cooking sets, chalk, colouring books and pens
• Sports gear - balls, skateboards, scooters, bikes, helmets, frisbees, volleyball or cricket sets
• Local vouchers - movie tickets, swimming pool or recreation centre passes, grocery vouchers, ice cream or cafe vouchers or for local clothing stores
• Non perishable food items

Drop-off Details:

• Where: Ray White Wānaka office at 19 Sir Tim Wallis Drive, Three Parks.
• When: Now until Monday, 15th December.
